Refund policy
Note that this return policy only applies to items purchased online through our website. In-store purchases are separate from our ecommerce platform, and as such are subject to their own policies.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns must be dropped off and scanned by Canada Post within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Your order confirmation will serve as proof of purchase.
Note return shipping is at your own expense and shipping costs are non-refundable (unless otherwise agreed upon). There is no return fee for in-store returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at ecom@mandys.ca. If your return is accepted, a shipping invoice will be sent via email. Once we receive your payment, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as food), cookbooks, homeware items, gift cards, or sale items. All of these items are final sale.

Exchanges
The same 30-day policy applies for exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items may also be exchanged in person at our locations. Please contact ecom@mandys.ca beforehand to ensure the item is in stock. Items without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
